Location: Ramada Inn Airport & Thunderbird Convention Center. Bloomington, Minnesota

Cost of a room $86.00/ per night (not including taxes) with Free parking for 550 spaces.

Servicing airport:       Minneapolis/Saint Paul International Airport, 4 miles from the hotel.

Transportation from Airport to Hotel: Hotel Shuttle is Complimentary 24 hours a day to and from the airport. The Thunderbird is located next to the Mall of America with Complimentary shuttle to Mall of America.

Hospitality room:       10:00 AM Wednesday August 2, and will remain open until Sunday, Aug. 6th.  Hospitality room and Larry’s Wolfhound store will be next to each other.

Possible Tours:          Minnesota/Mississippi Riverboat, Twin Cities, Historic Fort Snelling

Meetings:                   Friday 3:00 to 5:00 PM, Agenda to be discussed at the Formal Membership meeting.

Saturday 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Formal Membership Business meeting.

Buffet:                                    Friday, August 4, 2006, 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

                                    Carved Ham or Beef Tenderloin tips, Au Gratin potatoes & Corn, Creamy Cole slaw & Potato Salad, Lemon Mist layer cake

Auction / Bingo:         Following Buffet

Formal Dinner:           Saturday, August 5, 2006, 6:00 PM, Dinner (Please dress appropriately)

Teriyaki Chicken or New York Cut Sirloin Steak, Baby red potatoes & vegetable medley, mixed greens & choice of dressing, Key Lime pie

Memorial Service:     Sunday. August 6, 2006 9:00 AM

Fort Snelling, about two miles from the hotel, will be contacted to see if they have any scheduled ceremonies during the week or weekend. Motorcycles cruise, and a golf outing, are yet to be scheduled. Tours will be announced as soon as they are scheduled.
